God is a God of plan and purpose, none of His creation is without a purpose.
After God created man and woman He pronounced them blessed, He declared that they should be fruitful and multiply according to the above scripture, God pronounced the man and the woman fruitful. Have you ever question the fact that the woman was yet to be created when this blessing came in Genesis1:27?
In the mind of God, Eve had been in existence before she was formed. God had seen the feminine Adam before she came. Remember God told Jeremiah that: Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee… Jeremiah 1:5. This is the reason why they were blessed together. It was not a mistake but to show us the fact that God had a plan to multiply mankind through Adam. The blessing of multiplication is in 3 folds.
SPIRITUAL MULTIPLICATION. There is a limit to your exploit when you are not married. All the battles you have won as a single man or woman is in the realm of a thousand fold according to the Word of God. But God want to take you to a higher realm of ten thousand fold. The condition attached is that, this level is attainable for the TWO. “How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight…” Deuteronomy32:30. Jesus also spoke about the power of agreement of TWO: “Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven. Matthew 18:19 This you must know that there are no better two than husband and wife. A single person cannot agree by himself, he must find someone to agree with him in the spiritual realm.
Marriage therefore is to reinforce you spiritually. You and your spouse will lift up your voices together in prayer, rub minds together in the Word of God and share revelations together. What a beautiful life style! What a way to victory! What a blessing that is embedded in marriage. You shall no more loose your battles again in Jesus name. You and your spouse are one, when you go before The Lord He is hearing one voice and the heavens have no choice but to answer.
One of the dividends of marriage is that you have a partner to rob mind with. When you have an idea and you have both prayed over it, the next thing is to discuss with your spouse. In the course of your discussion you will be amazed the wonderful opening of doors into other areas that perhaps only you would not have thought of. There have been testimonies of many married couples that there lives took a new turn in business, chosen carrier and ministry as a result of the input of their spouses. Many great business empires, great ministries and amazing discoveries in the various fields of learning are offshoot of great marriages. A stable marriage makes a stable life of exploit that is generational. Truly woe unto him that is alone! No matter how successful a single person is, if he/she should die, strangers will come and take over all that he had worked for But this shall not be your own story. Marriage is the most beautiful way of preserving your generational posterity.
PHYSICAL MULTIPLICATION.
When God created Adam, inside of him are the seeds that will produce after his kind like every other seed bearing trees. Genesis 1:11-12 And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, WHOSE SEED IS IN ITSELF, upon the earth: and it was so. And the earth brought forth grass and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, WHOSE SEED IS IN ITSELF, after his kind: and God saw that it was good. As a man your seed is inside of you, but there is need for the womb that will nurture the seed to maturity and there comes in the woman (womb-man). So, if a man remains alone, he cannot reproduce. But God said: Thy wife shall be as a fruitful vine by the sides of thine house: thy children like olive plants round about thy table.
Psalm 128:3 This scriptures will not be fulfilled in the life of a single person.

eation, sex in marriage is awesome. You have someone to share your body with without guilty conscience. Nevertheless, to avoid fornication, let every man have his own wife, and let every woman have her own husband. 1 Corinthians 7:2 Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone? Ecclesiastes 4:11. Marriage preserves your purity!
